The Board of Play Communications S.A. (the “Company”) hereby reports that Jørgen Bang‑Jensen has decided to step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer of P4 sp. z o.o., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, effective from 1 August 2018. Jørgen Bang‑Jensen will remain a significant shareholder in the Company and will be available in a senior advisory capacity to Play.

The Company hereby announces that Jean-Marc Harion will succeed Jørgen Bang‑Jensen and will commence his role as the new Chief Executive Officer of P4 sp. z o.o. on 1 August 2018. Jean-Marc Harion has over 25 years of experience within the telecommunications sector, most recently serving as CEO of Orange Egypt and Mobistar, both listed companies, and previously as CEO of Orange Dominicana and Orange VP Business Development Americas in New York. Prior to joining Orange Group, Jean-Marc Harion established his own company, Computer Channel, which he developed over a 10 year period before it was sold to Wanadoo (France Telecom Group). He holds a master’s degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and a master and post-graduate degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
